Absolutely an amazing company Every one of the guys from the sales to the installation, we’re very respectful, understanding About my concerns they were right on spot when it came to being here. I can’t say enough about this company. They have been wonderful. I would recommend them to
My Tech Gary- was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Iron Shield Heating & Air is responsive, easy to make appointments, have great service techs, and their prices are reasonable/fair. I haven’t had any issues and I highly recommend them!!!
Brayan is AWESOME !
He has proven to be a professional in every way.
He enhanced the company reputation every time he has been to our house.
He was the original installer here.
Excellent communicator.
Great personality.
Iron Shield is an exceptional business, due to people like Todd Fry & Cindy, whose knowledge, polite manner, and professional skills are absolutely exceptional.
Gary was knowledgeable and very helpful when it came to finding the problem with our unit
Brayan and his partner did an exceptional job. Very transparent, professional and knowledgeable when asked questions. Wish we would have used Iron Shield earlier. Highly recommend them. Guys were also super polite and nice. 10 out of 10
Iron Shield, from Cindy to Jesse... ARE THE BEST!!! I have a maintenance agreement with Iron Shield. And they keep my cool in the summer and warm in the winter. And Jesse is the absolute BEST! And Jesse proved that again today with my maintenance agreement visit. Jesse is always personable, kind and professional... he is the best! And ... he likes my dogs.
We had them come out and check our Air conditioning system. They were very professional, showed up on time ,their fee was exactly what we were quoted which was very competitive to other companies. We will definitely be using this company again…Melanie Russell the marketing representative referred them to us…Thanks Melanie !!!
New system works great! Thank you guys so much
Gary was amazing !!
Good technician , articulate , knowledgeable hope to have him service my A/C unit again
Did a great job and they’re very responsive and care about your experience. Definitely recommend they have done a good job for my father and me.ur AI sucks but Cindy is great
Contacted the company this morning and they were at the house in a few hours. We had not used them before but the air conditioning died when we returned from being away for the summer. It was 86° in the house and extremely humid. The trip charge is $89 and they say if you do the repair they waive the trip charge. Well, Todd F was able to find some more warranty for an electrical part that had shorted over the summer. Bottom line we paid $89 and got a complete check as well. Up and running. Use them, ask for Todd! You’re welcome.
Iron Shield is the best company in Ocala, my experience with this company is supper amazing, They are phenomenal and I will recommend them because of their professionalism , knowledge , courteous team and warm interaction with customers. So try them today and you will not regret t the #1 Company. 👍🏽🏠
They added a mini split in my home. They were good to work with and had great communication. Had service work done. Came out late to do the work even though they could've come the next day!
Great work. Fast Response. Constant communication.
Great service! Justin was very informative when I had questions and patient as well
Pleasant, professional and on time. Hardworking, knowledgeable tech.
The system was never cleaned so glad that you did. How much is the maintance package?
Jesse Myers was very professional and explained everything about my ac. Will definitely be using them again for maintenance
Jessie was awesome, came in and diagnosed the problem right away. He was polite, professional and honest about what needed to be done and he fixed it. Thank you Jessie
The techs were so friendly! They were on time, and very clean about the job they left no trace of construction. Considering we had to remove a closet to install our new indoor unit, I loved that they cleaned up their work space during and after the job. Iron shield really did an amazing job for my family! Our house is ice cold in August!
We've had a great experience with Iron and Shield. We bought a newer (older) home in the Ocala area last year and of course had to have both of our units replaced within a year. We hired Iron and Shield both times and it has been a great experience. We also love working with Jacob, their installer. He is very courteous and professional.
Iron and Shield is an all around great company. Would definitely recommend them and would call them for all of our AC needs. Although we hope to not have to hire an ac company again for a long time!
Gary was very professional
On time Professional found the problem fixed it good guy
The company was able to Send someone out the same evening and had it fixed in less than an hour. Jesse was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend them.
Very very nice , on time , took the time to look for the problem . Did not rush , he was really trying to find what was wrong with my system and offered couple different options.
Have to keep working with the company because is more than just the diagnosis but so far really happy with the service.
Iron Shield Heating and Air is an excellent HVAC company. All their technicians are knowledgeable, polite and thorough. The entire crew is great and especially Tech Todd Fry. If you need a honest HVAC company look no further !
Todd was very professional caught mistakes that frank gay came out and said. As the senior tech he demonstrated immense knowledge of my old system and additionally he fixed and warned about the oncoming issues. I would recommend and search for HVAC professions at this local business!
Fixed the problem, should me how to prevent it in future. Ty for coming out past 11.
After wasting time and money with Sunkool, I decided to give these people a try. 10 out of 10. Best service, they come so quick. I’ve had Todd fry and Gary Osteen and both were quick, efficient and a pleasure to deal with Would recommend to anyone.
Gary was amazing! He was insightful, courteous, respectful and very diligent in every detail of the service he provided. He patiently described and explained everything to me. I would recommend his services to anyone. For sure, I will be calling your company for my heating and air conditioning needs. Thank you for such excellent service! 6 out of 5 stars!
Your Tech Gary was a life saver. This is the second time he comes and helps us with our Emergency!!! Highly recommended!!!! THANK YUOUUUUU Gary!!!
The technician Todd showed up on time, and couldn’t be more professional, and nice. He trouble shot the entire system, made recommendations to resolve our problem. The entire job including parts was less than $400, and the time frame from the first call, to job finished was less than 3 hours! We couldn’t be happier, and highly recommend this business
Jesse did a great job!! Thank you
Jesse and Justin came out and got me all squared away quick fast and in a hurry will use for all future needs
Same day service was awesome! Jesse was helpful and knowledgeable, he didn’t try to upsell me he was very honest and through. Arrived early and was done in great time without breaking the bank. Thank you iron shied and Jesse.
Todd did fantastic being through. Condenser sounds healthy on start up and the home dropped temperature one degree about every 12-15 minutes as it should. He also cleaned up the work area flawlessly.
Gary was very prompt and professional. He answered all my questions and was very thorough.
Great service
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service from Todd Fry – Iron Shield Heating & Air
Todd Fry provided outstanding service during our recent HVAC appointment. He arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and the recommended solution. His knowledge and expertise were evident, and he worked efficiently to ensure everything was functioning properly before leaving.
I appreciated his honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. It's reassuring to work with a technician who genuinely cares about providing quality service. I highly recommend Todd Fry and Iron Shield Heating & Air to anyone in need of reliable heating and air conditioning service.
Thank you, Todd, for a job well done! 👍🏻
Rating: 5/5 Stars
Great customer service and quick service. The technician Todd is great. I had such a great experience. Highly recommend them.
Excellent service. Recommend technician and the company. So full out good service came out and taken care of my job with no problem.
The master technician that came by was able to rectify the issue we were having plus points out what a previous technician and installer missed when they install the unit and when they came to fix an issue with the unit
These guys were great, friendly and very informative. I would recommend this company hands down. 5-STARS!!
Iron Shield answered my request on Yelp immediately and was able to send their tech Justin Bayne out right away. He did a full yearly maintenance and found our condensation drain clogged. He unclogged it and then found the refrigerant level in our system low which I didn't even think we needed. He took care of it very professionally, explaining everything as he worked. Our AC works better and cooler now and the drain won't overflow. I recommend Iron Shield for your HVAC needs and I will use them again. Thanks Justin!
Excuse me, if I don’t proper sentences. Fast, Knowledgeable, enthusiastic, courteous, respectful, Professional, and caring. This is what I got from Mr Osteen, a representative from IronShieldHeating&Air came out to service my AC.
After one week of repair, I only had a question regarding the thermostat setting and warranty of previous work done the week prior. This was my Dad's house. Justin met me at the house and answered my question about warranty, which it was under warranty for the work that they did.And checked the thermostat for me. .... free of charge.
Once again ...well done, Iron Shield.
Thank you!

Great great guy great guy very courteous very intelligent know his job know his work went out his way to really help me. and he made me feel helped.. he's a diamond in the rough you don't find many people out here like him. hold on to him.. I'm glad you sent him and I was completely satisfied.👍👍👍
Their Tech, Bryan Silva, was amazing. I had been struggling to get my unit fixed for several years and had 3 other repair companies (including the installers) who couldn't seem to make my unit work. Bryan worked consistently and thoroughly to find the problem, eliminating things it could be. He found the problem that no other tech could resolve and, hopefully, I will have cool air for a long time.
The Following day my unit is not working again. So I have a 2020 condenser I have barely used and now I have another wire that has been ran into my house to the air handler. I think central air and heat is a big rip off.
Thank you to IRON SHIELD for coming back out again and making things better. it is unfortunate that the big company (that begins with a P) installed a condenser for me 6 years ago and it never worked since then. It was a challenge for so many technicians who came out over the past 6 years because the big company never completed the installation correctly. Thanks for being so patient and persistent to fix the problem and no charge for the second trip. I assure you it is very appreciated and if it breaks again and needs replaced, you will be the company I choose to purchase from. Another large company that begins withe an F came out the week before and did not even try to fix my existing unit. They just dismissed me and tried to sell me the complete condenser and air intake and didnt even try to fix what I have. Thanks again!
Jesse is always so helpful and does an amazing job!!
Jake did an excellent job at tearing out and replacing our old unit with the new Carrier crossover inverter unit. Thank you Iron Shield Heat & Air and Jake. We highly recommend these guys.
Called with a severely clogged condensation drain, they were here same day, Jessie cleared the drain, and to my surprise, did a full maintenance check up for no extra charge! Great company, highly suggest!
These guys were super knowledgeable. They got there pretty promptly, saved me!! And explained everything they were doing, and I couldn’t have been happier.
Our system was blowing warm air. We called last night and was given first appointment today. Todd arrived, found the Rheem system frozen up, investigated to determine the cause. Found parts needed replacement. He called a local Rheem dealer for parts, was told we were still under warranty so he promised to return end of day to install after finishing 2 scheduled jobs and picking up the parts Todd arrived around 7:30 and spent a couple of hours getting it done. Iron Shield has done our 6 month maintenance a few times now and always does a great job. We also had them install a mini split in our garage. Very pleased with them. Great job!
Justin & Corey came today to do maintenance on my unit since I just bought my house less than a year ago, they both were very very respectful, if I asked a question they explained it to me without annoyance or attitude, was on time. I am VERY happy and very pleased with my service today that I actually changed my one time service to a maintenance plan.
Todd was great. Installed a new thermostat, and found a blockage on the blower motor from old insulation that was causing poor air flow in bedrooms. Fixed both and explained everything during the process and gave me a free quote to replace my 17 year old unit that he managed to doctor up in the meantime while we figure out the next step. No hard core sales pitch or upselling just honesty and integrity. Will be using them from here on out.
Justin and Cory did a super job of installing and explaining the new thermostat. Iron Shield HVAC should be everybody’s go to company for anything related to HVAC matters.
Courteous inroduction, after consulting with me about havac symptoms,
They Ran a series of test. Defined procedural application and performed
Their task proffessionally . Quick and proffecient. Todd & Cory. Great team!
Thank you Jesse, you always do a great job.
Thanks for the help Cory and Todd
Great service. No pushy recommendations or upgrades. Just came , fixed the issue, and did it expeditiously.
Justin Bayne was the tech who was sent out to my home, and he did a great job. He was kind, informative and respectful. He arrived prior to the estimated time which was nice and he got right to work. We will 100% be using this company again.
I also want to say- the price was amazing. We called a handful of places and this was the best price and the soonest availability.
My technician Justin was extremely knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and went over and above for me. He is a real asset to this wonderful company. He throughly checked out and fixed everything.
I want to give a shout out to Wyatt our technician that fixed our A/C unit. He was very knowledgeable and polite when he came to fix our problem. I appreciate all Wyatt has done for us the A/C is working fantastic. Thank you 😊
Todd and Corey did a great job diagnosing my ac system and getting it to operate properly. Friendly and knowledgeable service. Will definitely use Iron Shield again.
I want to express my immense gratitude to this HVAC company. From the very beginning, my experience was excellent. The first technician, Justin Bayne, was extremely kind, explained everything clearly, and, on top of that, was very generous. He allowed my son, who dreams of becoming an HVAC technician, to observe him, and he gave him valuable advice about the career and how to study. I am deeply thankful for that. Then, the technicians Bryan Silva and his brother Louis Silva came and handled the installation of the new unit. Both were very professional, kind, and never bothered by the customer’s presence; on the contrary, they explained every step as we went along. I highly recommend this company excellent service!
Justin was fantastic. He did a terrific job cleaning everything up went from disgusting to really looking new great job. Great pricing same-day service. I loved it.
This company is great! Todd and Corey worked very well and found the problem immediately which I was very impressed about! They are very nice and professional with great personalities.
Highly recommend
Within 3 hours of my phone call service tech Jessie was at my door!! It was GREAT to have someone who new what they were doing and explained everything he was going to do!! I was very happy to get in on the AC tune up special price! I will use them for my future AC/HEATING needs!!
Excellent professional service.
My experience was excellent, no cold air blowing…. Called made a appointment for 12-2… I got a call.. “ sorry tech can’t come out til 5pm… still good…, but they called right back and the on call tech was starting early!
So to my house they came promptly, fixed the problem and gave me some helpful things to do to ensure I don’t have this type of problem again. Filter was dirty, and we needed Freon.
Tod and cory wonderful guys..
Found and repaired the problem in no time.. saved the dsy
Had an issue with my A/C and Iron Shield came out the same day to help. Justin & Cory were awesome! Professional and super friendly. I highly recommend them.
Justin n Cole did a fantastic job! Thank uou gentlemen.
The technician was very professional, an answer all questions. Would highly recommend this company.
The gentlemen who came were very courteous and respectful and went straight to the job. It was a pleasure to deal with them.
We’ve used iron and shield since moving to our new home in this area and can’t be happier. They have replaced our one system and have repaired our other one. Everyone that comes out is respectful and courteous and works hard. Their team is on it from the office to the on calls for after hours. Would highly Recomended and will continue to use them in the future.
I would strongly recommend Iron Shield Heating & Air. The technician Justin was thorough, and explained to me what exactly was going on with my system and he got done what was needed . I will continue to use Iron Shield in the future for all my maintenance and Thank you Justin your help was appreciated.

Ive been a customer for 2 years and this company is terrific.
All the employees are so easy to work with and they answer all questions, honestly.
From Cindy in the office, to my two technicians today, Todd & Justin. They arrived on time, and worked the entire time they were here. I will never use any other AC/Heating company.
I’m very pleased with Iron Shield Heating & Air LLC. Installers Brayan and Randy handled our system replacement with care and precision. They were respectful, clean, and completed everything on time.
Iron Shield Heating & Air LLC delivered outstanding service when our unit stopped working. Service tech Justin quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it efficiently. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.
I had Justin and Todd come out for a bi-annual a/c maintenance. This is my first time using Iron Shield. They were polite, prompt, professional, and honest. Could not ask for better service. I have had issues with my a/c in the past and I know when I have to replace it, it will definitely be with Iron Shied.
I reached out late at night and got an immediate response from Iron Shield Heating & Air LLC. Installer Jake assisted first, then service tech Gary fixed the issue quickly the next day. Fast, efficient, and very reasonably priced.
I contacted several companies for furnace estimates, but Iron Shield Heating & Air LLC stood out. Installers Brayan, Jake, Josh, and Randy were punctual, polite, and left everything spotless. Their professionalism and fair pricing truly impressed me.

Mr. Landen Carter was great, he had a lot of patience to deal with our concerns that we have a great feeling of dealing with Iron Shield. Thanks a lot Mr. Carter you made our day better
The two guys that came out were both professional and polite.
The J&J Crew came and did an excellent job! In a timely manner! I would definitely recommend them again to any of my friends.🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
They were diligent in checking the problem with my air conditioner, but the air is still insufficient in the two bedrooms that share a bathroom. The air tends to accumulate in the master bedroom. Today they came and were supposed to install a 5" or 6" pipe reducer, but they didn't bring the correct part. So, the technician, trying to make a workaround, fabricated a pipe reducer out of a heavy piece of fiberglass sheet and installed it to see if it would work. After installing it, it was discovered that the air conditioning in the living room bathroom is still insufficient, as are the two additional bedrooms. I am waiting for their next visit to finally resolve this situation. I live in Ocala.
I called to schedule an appointment with Iron Shield. Victor answered the phone and set an appointment the same day. Jessie came by on time, looked at the air conditioner/heater unit. The heater was not working. He tested it. He saw that it was not turning on. He called his boss Victor and Victor told him the problem. Jessie made the appropriate adjustments, and found there was no problems with the unit. Instead he told me how to make the unit work which it did work after he told me, and now the unit works fine. There were no repairs needed. There was no charge for the service call so I have to say that Iron shield is extremely honest in their work. I would recommend them to anyone who needs downhome service. This company has very good integrity. I ended up buying a service plan and I am very satisfied with this company.
Scheduled my second service. Technicians Jesse and Justin texted me to say they were on their way (I love this), showed up on time. Introduced themselves (Jesse was the tech who serviced the unit the first time). They got the service done and walked me through all they had done. I felt they were my family! My advice is don't call anyone else. Make Iron Shield your first and last call. I will renew my service contract with Iron Shield again. Great people for sure.
Right from the start I knew this company was right for us! From the young gentleman that provided us with the information and the estimate, to the scheduling right here before he left our home! And this company provided us with EVERYTHING, permits, the electrician and even included in our estimate was additional insulation, which we knew we needed and asked for.
Every worker was on time, pleasant and cleaned up afterwards!
The opinion of this family is IRON SHIELD HEATING AND AIR LLC
is a top class company.
Victor and his merry band of air conditioning ninjas knock it out of the park on every project I do. There work is second to none and speaks for itself. If I could give them 11 stars, I'd give them 15!
Our Tech was very friendly and knew what he was doing. We're super satisfied with the job.
Iron shield responded quickly and the serviceman Brayan was extremely polite and professional as well as informative with his process and recommendations.
Lance was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and professional. We are satisfied!
Updating review: We have now been with Iron Shield for over a year, each maintenance visit is great. The technician sends a text when they are on the way and always on time and within the originally scheduled window. They found a small issue today and the tech made sure to find out if my product was under warranty and give the best price possible for fixing. Landon, was great and very friendly and informative. I still suggest anyone looking for a local, honest company to give Iron Shield a call- you won’t be disappointed!
Switched to Iron Shield and first service was great. Techs came for annual check of A/C system. There were many reminder messages and a text message the morning of appointment to state tech was on his way. Two techs arrived and stayed quite awhile looking over everything and inspecting A/C parts that previous company hadn’t looked at. We will definitely be keeping Iron Shield as our A/C company! Highly recommend their services!
Iron Shield employees were always friendly & on time. Diagnosed the issue & went out the there way to fix my A/C & Heat the same day. Recommend there service to everyone looking form a company that cares about there customers. 5*****
Landon Carter from Iron Shield did a great job
Landen did a great job performing maintenance on my AC/heating unit. Very professional and answered all my questions, highly recommend him. Thank you.
I joined the maintenance plan with iron shield and I’ll tell you what buddy these guys know what they’re doing the most professional and easy-going company I’ve ever had to deal with the technician. Landon did an incredible job and was nothing but professional. From the notifications of who your technician is, and when they’re showing up to, when they show up in the cleanest service van I’ve ever seen to the technician getting out looking professional to a T with a smile on his face and a great attitude . PLUS YOU CANT BEAT THEIR PRICES ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE COMPANY CAN’T WAIT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR A LONG TIME
I had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. The communication was clear, honest, and professional, and they took the time to explain everything without any pressure. The AC unit they recommended was exactly right for my space, and the installation was smooth, clean, and on schedule. You can really tell they care about quality work and customer satisfaction. It’s rare to find a company that’s this reliable and easy to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone
Landon did a great job with our furnace maintenance. He was polite and finished the job in a timely manner. He explained ways to improve our heating and cooling.
We had our semiannual maintenance service done today by Landen. He was very professional and courteous. He explained everything in detail. Thank you!!
Landen was very thorough and told us things about proper maintenance the homeowner should do that we’ve never been told. Did a walk through that’s never been done and suggested a surge suppressor for protecting the a/c unit for minimal cost that no one ever suggested and a better and easier filter system as the one on the air handler has always been a pain to get out…that no one has ever suggested. What a professional! Great job Landen.
Good experience. Very professional.
Iron Shield technician (Landon) was superb. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He had come to replace a leak in a gas line, discovered a crack in the regulator which was subsequently replaced by him as well. Great service, fantastic young man, a credit to your company
Iron shield heating and air is a great AC service in Ocala. I used them this past year for my maintenance and they are always very professional and thorough. Landon did a great job at explaining the state of my AC and recommended to us multiple options to resolve the issue.
TODD was here and did a excellent job
We had Iron Shield come to are home and check ducts for leaks.
We had them replaced in 2024,and the company i hired totally did a terrible job.
Iron Shields technician showed me the mistakes the other company made, and explained how they can fix it properly.
Landon the technician was very helpful with explaining the process they will make to correct the mess the other company made.
I highly recommend Iron Shied .
Thank you Landon
Landon from Iron Shield inspected and serviced my HVAC unit. He arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to explain everything he did. I was extremely satisfied with his work and highly recommend Iron Shield.
My hvac unit had an issue today, I called the office and explained the issue. That was 8:15 this morning, I had a tech at my house by 11am. My tech had the issue resolved within the hour. Thank you to Landen my tech, very polite, and absolutely professional in every way. If I have another issue with my unit I will absolutely ask for the some tech.
Landen was very efficient and showed me what he did to my units. Great mannerism and cleaned everything in the units

I just recently had maintenance done on my central air conditioner. The techs Victor and Landon were very nice and professional. I really like the fact that they took the time to explain things to me and answer all my questions since this is the first time I have ever had central air and heat. They did a great job.

I was having an issue with my heating in my home. I called Iron Shield to see how soon they would be able to get someone out to work on the unit. Cindy in the office had Jesse on his way the next day !! I had to be away from the house at the scheduled time and I called Jesse to let him know. Not a problem they just bumped me back a couple hours. Nice to have a company that is willing to work with their customers!! When Jesse got there to check out the unit we had a real stumper on our hands. Pressures were strange and things weren’t acting quite right. Jesse called his tech support and soon they were on scene with us. Meticulously and thoroughly Jesse and Andrew eliminated possibly problems. After about 4 1/2 hours the guys determined what they thought was the problem being very careful not to misdiagnose it. The time and dedication they took to make sure we got it right was impressive to say the least. Can’t thank these guys and the company enough for all their help! First rate company with first rate people who know their stuff !!

My blower motor went out last summer during the work week. I didn't have time to shop around and ended up paying $980 for a replacement. That wouldnt he so bad, except when it was installed i said there was barely any air flow coming from the vents. The motor installed is clearly the cheapest one they could find and isnt really buying me time for a total unit replacement since my electric bill is way higher than it should be. For that price i expected a variable speed, but got a really crappy single speed that barely puts out air. After the install was done he said my condenser coil was dirty. I've never had service that didn't include coil cleaning and to say that like he didn't just have the unit open and could have taken care of it blew my mind. Today the fan motor started making noise so i went to check it out. That's when i noticed all the missing screws. I had the unit taken apart for the blower motor install and all screws were together so they could be replaced but today i found several discarded screws around the unit. Next time i need service I'll just take the time off work, buy the parts, and do it myself. Had the coil been cleaned and all screws replaced I wouldn't even be writing this review, I was going to let it go. But this is ridiculous. I definitely wont be calling this company when I'm ready to replace the unit. Which will be quicker than anticipated due to the very low quality $980 motor.

The most professional HVAC company I’ve ever worked with!!! The install team kept us informed about everything they were doing. The entire experience far exceeded our expectations!!! Jesse was outstanding!!
Iron Shield Heating&Air Provided prompt service and was very informative. They got our air conditioner working right away!🙂 I would definitely recommend them.
He showed up on time and fixed the problem fast. I would recommend this company to anyone
He was prompt and professional. I was very pleased.
I had an excellent experience with Iron Shield Heating & Air! Andrew quoted a fair price on Monday, and by Tuesday afternoon, my new AC unit was installed—quick and hassle-free! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. The technicians arrived on time, answered all of my questions, and completed the installation smoothly. The work was top-notch, and they made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. I also really appreciated that they left the area spotless. I highly recommend their services and would definitely refer them when you need a reliable company to keep your house cool!
Iron shield heating and air have done it again!!! Another amazing job they have done for me. Incredible prompt service and the crew always exceeds my expectations. No excuses just great results.
I am pleased with the outcome of the service call today. The staff was very nice, the tech was on time and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed my problems, gave me two ways that it could be corrected. I was not pressured into buying a new system at this time, and was given a military discount which helped a little. Thanks to the entire staff.
Jesse and Andrew were awesome! They got my AC & heat working perfectly. It's a new home and was installed incorrectly. They fixed it all. This photo was what it was like before they fixed it.
I Would like to say this company is one of the best companies I have worked with. Iron Shield Heating and Air are very professional with a great family feel. My daughter was the one who called them because they had installed a new unit in the house where I live. I had problems with the heat not working and they were called and immediately sent a very kind and knowledgeable Tech out. He spent a great deal of time checking and also calling the company which made me feel comfortable as while they were on the phone I could hear the other person on the phone, and part of the conversation was they could not get the part until the next day. He asked the person on the phone should he keep it hooked up working like it was since he had already done the work and diagnosis but needed a new replacement part. I heard the gentleman say yes keep it at least running the way it was as it was going to get very cold tonight so he made sure he kept me with heat and said he would be back first thing in the morning. Well he sure was back the next morning and with him was the other person who had been on the phone call. I not only received great service but feel like I made new friends who could be trusted. I have worked with many companies from electrical to construction and find this company is worth the great reviews on this page. We cannot make everyone happy all the time but after having been in a business that you have those you will never make happy these reviews say a lot about Iron Shield Heating and their employees. I am sorry to say I forgot his name but I believe it was Bob who came out and what a fantastic reliable and friendly person. Thanks Iron Shield!!!
Denise.
