Updating review: We have now been with Iron Shield for over a year, each maintenance visit is great. The technician sends a text when they are on the way and always on time and within the originally scheduled window. They found a small issue today and the tech made sure to find out if my product was under warranty and give the best price possible for fixing. Landon, was great and very friendly and informative. I still suggest anyone looking for a local, honest company to give Iron Shield a call- you won’t be disappointed!

I joined the maintenance plan with iron shield and I’ll tell you what buddy these guys know what they’re doing the most professional and easy-going company I’ve ever had to deal with the technician. Landon did an incredible job and was nothing but professional. From the notifications of who your technician is, and when they’re showing up to, when they show up in the cleanest service van I’ve ever seen to the technician getting out looking professional to a T with a smile on his face and a great attitude . PLUS YOU CANT BEAT THEIR PRICES ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE COMPANY CAN’T WAIT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM FOR A LONG TIME

Landen was very thorough and told us things about proper maintenance the homeowner should do that we’ve never been told. Did a walk through that’s never been done and suggested a surge suppressor for protecting the a/c unit for minimal cost that no one ever suggested and a better and easier filter system as the one on the air handler has always been a pain to get out…that no one has ever suggested. What a professional! Great job Landen.

I was having an issue with my heating in my home. I called Iron Shield to see how soon they would be able to get someone out to work on the unit. Cindy in the office had Jesse on his way the next day !! I had to be away from the house at the scheduled time and I called Jesse to let him know. Not a problem they just bumped me back a couple hours. Nice to have a company that is willing to work with their customers!! When Jesse got there to check out the unit we had a real stumper on our hands. Pressures were strange and things weren’t acting quite right. Jesse called his tech support and soon they were on scene with us. Meticulously and thoroughly Jesse and Andrew eliminated possibly problems. After about 4 1/2 hours the guys determined what they thought was the problem being very careful not to misdiagnose it. The time and dedication they took to make sure we got it right was impressive to say the least. Can’t thank these guys and the company enough for all their help! First rate company with first rate people who know their stuff !!

Impeccable service! Can’t say enough good things! We had our AC system replaced a couple of years ago by a different company and after two years of problems, we reached out to Iron Shield. They came out right away, immediately identified the problems and gave us a fair and reasonable quote to correct all our issues. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and courteous. My blower motor went out last summer during the work week. I didn't have time to shop around and ended up paying $980 for a replacement. That wouldnt he so bad, except when it was installed i said there was barely any air flow coming from the vents. The motor installed is clearly the cheapest one they could find and isnt really buying me time for a total unit replacement since my electric bill is way higher than it should be. For that price i expected a variable speed, but got a really crappy single speed that barely puts out air. After the install was done he said my condenser coil was dirty. I've never had service that didn't include coil cleaning and to say that like he didn't just have the unit open and could have taken care of it blew my mind. Today the fan motor started making noise so i went to check it out. That's when i noticed all the missing screws. I had the unit taken apart for the blower motor install and all screws were together so they could be replaced but today i found several discarded screws around the unit. Next time i need service I'll just take the time off work, buy the parts, and do it myself. Had the coil been cleaned and all screws replaced I wouldn't even be writing this review, I was going to let it go. But this is ridiculous. I definitely wont be calling this company when I'm ready to replace the unit. Which will be quicker than anticipated due to the very low quality $980 motor.

Victor is always there at the drop of a hat no matter day or night, and does excellent work! He’s saved us numerous times from this sweltering heat! 10 for 10 recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Iron Shield Heating & Air! Andrew quoted a fair price on Monday, and by Tuesday afternoon, my new AC unit was installed—quick and hassle-free! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. The technicians arrived on time, answered all of my questions, and completed the installation smoothly. The work was top-notch, and they made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. I also really appreciated that they left the area spotless. I highly recommend their services and would definitely refer them when you need a reliable company to keep your house cool!

I am pleased with the outcome of the service call today. The staff was very nice, the tech was on time and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed my problems, gave me two ways that it could be corrected. I was not pressured into buying a new system at this time, and was given a military discount which helped a little. Thanks to the entire staff.

I Would like to say this company is one of the best companies I have worked with. Iron Shield Heating and Air are very professional with a great family feel. My daughter was the one who called them because they had installed a new unit in the house where I live. I had problems with the heat not working and they were called and immediately sent a very kind and knowledgeable Tech out. He spent a great deal of time checking and also calling the company which made me feel comfortable as while they were on the phone I could hear the other person on the phone, and part of the conversation was they could not get the part until the next day. He asked the person on the phone should he keep it hooked up working like it was since he had already done the work and diagnosis but needed a new replacement part. I heard the gentleman say yes keep it at least running the way it was as it was going to get very cold tonight so he made sure he kept me with heat and said he would be back first thing in the morning. Well he sure was back the next morning and with him was the other person who had been on the phone call. I not only received great service but feel like I made new friends who could be trusted. I have worked with many companies from electrical to construction and find this company is worth the great reviews on this page. We cannot make everyone happy all the time but after having been in a business that you have those you will never make happy these reviews say a lot about Iron Shield Heating and their employees. I am sorry to say I forgot his name but I believe it was Bob who came out and what a fantastic reliable and friendly person. Thanks Iron Shield!!!
